Well, it must be bad news... Limited by its chipset, W8968 cannot WDS your sky router successfully. If there are two W8968 V3, you can follow this instruction to set them up....

Your PC (to modem) and your server (to router) are in different subnets then and I don't think they should be able to ping each other.
