PA211 can be detected or not? Can you try different PCs? I mean install the utility on a different computer and check if it makes any difference.

Configuration parameters have to be confirmed with your ISP. For BT service, as I know, connection type is PPPoE and VLAN ID is 101. You may give a try.

Lights are normal? Did you upgrade the firmware by cable connection, no power cut-off?

Not sure. Can you install the adapter on another PC to test? If it is the same, I think it is being defective for some reason.
