No, there is no option for IGMP proxy when it is using 3G/4G mode. Perhaps you can feedback to TP-Link and ask them to add this option.

As far as I know, tp-link products support w ide voltage 110V-240V. However, TP-Link doesn't support global warranty. You can't get warranty in India.

Did you guys try different sim card? My MR200 v2 seems have no such issue. You may contact your retailer to see if you can get a V2 version.

Did you already tried another PC? how about the results? If the issue only happens on just one PC, you can either turn off the power saving mode of the powerline or change the settings on the PC....
