MA180 should work with 8968 ADSL modem. But MA260 is a better because it support faster speed. When ADSL line is down,it will switch to 3G network automatically.

Because the chipset is different on W9980 and 8960N. So some functions may different. After you set bandwidth rules,you can reboot the router to make it take effect.
