there are two ways to access the camera with browser: connect your computer to the camera wifi, set a static IP address on your computer to access 192.168.0.10; or connect the camera with your router, find out the IP address of the cam on your router, and use that IP address to access. if given credentials do not work, you may need to reset the cam.

I have a same problem.. 

 

I can't connect my phone to WiFi and NC210 in same time.

Connectin to my home network is impossible..

Was there any error message if you failed to connect the NC210 to the main router? 

 

What is the led status of it now?
