NC220 scheduled on and off not working camera always on. Using Camera control

Model : NC220

Hardware Version :

Firmware Version : 1.1.14 Build 161219 Rel.28647

ISP :

The camera is always on and doesn't respond to the schedule within "TP-Link Camera Control"

The camera control program on the PC can see an image through the camera
The schedule doesn't seem to make any difference. I have a tick in enabled
I am connected via wireless.

Firmware is
1.1.14 Build 161219 Rel.28647
This is later than is on the web site of
NC220_v1.1.12_160321_b

From http://www.tp-link.com.au/download/NC220.html#Firmware

Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks

This is how I got mine to work

Multiple consoles.

Phone app
Allows the firmware on the camera to be updated. Nothing else does this.
Sets schedules for motion or sound detection for email notification and app notification. This seems to work
Notifies you via the app

Browser console
Will only open with a plugin in IE not Chrome or Edge.
This does part of the configuration.
The email configuration needs to be setup in this one

When using the IE plugin console and do a reboot of the camera it will set the cameras clock back to 2014
System>Management>reboot

Setting the date time so that scheduling works in within
System>Management>Date/Time

Desktop App
This has a schedule for enabling motion detection, I have deleted this. Then used the one on the phone app

Also settings for saving the recordings. Don’t know if this is legacy and no longer valid?

Saves to
C:\Program Files (x86)\TP-LINK\TP-LINK Camera Control\Store\
Default
I think it saves on the desktop app schedule

On screen display of date and time, removed this because it is from another place as well
