I can't set my email settings. Always I get the message connection server failed. I have read all the articles and nothing.

smtp server : smtp.live.com Port: 465 or 25 or 965

I have an ac1750 tp link modem and I forgot the password if after I reset the password I have to reset the DNS again from each computer
