My camera switches on with 2 red lights, but will not switch on the blinking light

@Abasa  Hello,

From your description, it could be a hardware defective on the camera, it is recommended to factory reset the camera with camera powered on, and see if the Status Led blink red and green, or if camera still responds to a factory reset?
