Hello All, 

 

I'm facing to a issue with my Tapo C310 (with the 2 i have) and experienced in the the past the same issue with C210.

 

My recording parameter is set up on continuous recording (with loop erasing old records). Everything was working fine and now, i have very (every 3mn) regular cuttings in the records and it only records 3 days when with the SD Card capacity it was 12 days before ... 

I tried to change the SD card thinking it was coming from it, but no change, i did a format and a reset as well, no change ... 

 

It happened to me also 2or 3 months ago with my C210, now it is the case with my 2 C310. It came back alone without doing anything... 

Despite investigation, I do not know where it is coming from, any idea, is one you you already experienced this issue ?

Thank you for your detailed post,  please check my private message and try a new firmware and see if that helps with the issue.

Also make sure Tapo APP is up-to-date.

May I know the brand/ capacity of your SD card?

Please help verify if SD card is Fake (expanded capacity) with H2testw software and share a photo with us( back up important files before run the test)

May I know the model of your phone and its Android or IOS version? Can I know the Tapo APP version ? Thank you.
