Can't update C310 to latest firmware
I've just purchased two C310's from the same store. One of them has firmware 1.0.14, the other has 1.0.7. The camera running 1.0.7 occasionally loses connection to my NAS, and also is missing some motion detection features available on the other camera.
I've tried using both the iOS and macOS app to update the firmware on the camera: however, clicking on "Check for Update" doesn't do anything apart from the "checkbox" at the top of the screen redraws almost instantly - it certainly doesn't appear to be checking for anything. Both cameras are currently located in the same room as a Wifi endpoint and have a strong signal.
How can I update the camera(s) to the latest firmware, beyond returning them to the store?
