Just was trying to add VPN users and got this error. 

I have not rebooted it yet (wife working from home).

Just wondering it it is of interest to devs / firmware bug?

Also get same error when trying to disable VPN or change any associated settings to the VPN Policy.

 

*** Just a bug / glitch maybe. As I mentioned before I had not had the opportunity to reboot it due to not wanting to interrupt my wife's workday. A reboot fixed it as with 90% of IT issues. Then a firmware update bricked it. lol. Going to tackle fixing that next.

What error info is it? Would you paste a pic? Which kind of VPN do you using? What is the Router's model number? And what version controller you are using now? OC200 or software?

Hi there, not pretty sure you are using the controller software or not to use the VPN, there has the instruction for you to set up VPN for PPTP/ L2TP, along with the instruction on how to dial-up VPN on a computer.
