Hi,

 

I purchased my Tapo C310 security camera yesterday and have set the camera up on my home wifi using the Tapo App.

 

As per the instructions provided, I have linked my Tapo Account with google home and I can now see the camera (not the footage) via the google home app. 

 

Using the Tapo app I can view the footage from the camera on live feed without issue. 

 

In my house, I have a google mini, google Chromecast (with Google TV) connected to a Hisense TV

 

If I use my google home mini and ask it to show the camera on google TV the TV displays the live camera feed for 32 seconds before disconnecting and displaying a black screen with the words "SMART HOME CAMERA". No matter how many times I try this I can only get a 30-second live feed. 

 

I have tried moving the camera, different access points, different SSID's, different google mini's, different Chromecast all with the same results. All hardware is running the latest firmware. I also disabled the

 

I have other TP link smart plugs and smart bulbs from another brand all of which work without issue. I am at a loss as to what can be the problem.

 

I have also contacted google help and they have tested what they can and suggest that this is an issue with the stream feed from Tapo

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
