1 week later, still no response from TP-Link.

This forum is full of people complaining about non properly functioning smart plugs.

Personally I will send my plugs back tomorrow, ill advise anyone reading this to not buy Tapo P100. Change Brand and do yourself a favour.

Unfortunately here there's no support.

@TP-Link It's an old thread, I know, but hopefully somebody from TP-Link will still read this ...

If the firmware for Tapo P100 V1.2, what about Tapo P100 V1.0.

Bought two of them just now, Hardware is 1.0.0, Firmware is 1.3.4 and smart actions are not working???

Tapo P100 V1_(US) _1.3.4 should support Smart Actions . I replied you in your another post, as your plug is offline for now, please factory reset your plug and reinstall it, make sure it could be controlled remotely , then try smart actions on tapo app.
