May I know have a photo of the grey screen with the text "Smart Home Camera."? can you double-check the exact model of the Nest Hub, thank you.

Please confirm Kasa device firmware is up-to-date , and Kasa & Google home APP are both up to date.

You could try to reauthorize / relink Kasa account in the Google home APP and stream on Nest hub again.
