to got it working with caching in the app or something.

@Martin-Wu I've the same problem.

No firmware update available. Latest app version. Rebooted the camera, reinstalled the app, logged out and in etc... still no fw update available. 

Any ideas? :)

@Solla-topee any idea? Now I've tried to factory reset the C310 as well (via the app). Still fw 1.0.14 and no update available.

As firmware are pushed in different batches, there could be a delay to get the latest firmware on APP. 

I sent you the latest firmware private message which you could give a try, click on your profile to check Message box ~

@Solla-topee I seem to have same problem as well. Other camera versions I have have option to remove the logo.

Same problem here

App version 2.4.17, FW 1.0.13 Build 201217, Hardware Version 1.0, in Switzerland, reset the device, deleted and reinstalled the app several times, removed the device from the app and readded it (wasn't aware that the device has to be reset for that, so was a hassel)!

To be honest, I'm done with Tapo cameras!

@Solla-topee Any ideas, FW via private channels or anything possible?

Another firmware will be released within soon, as far as I know they are under release process, you could wait for the newer firmware release, it may take another few weaks.
