Hi.. I just bought the smart plugs and setup them up. They are working fine but are saying " This Tapo device can only be controlled locally". How can i Fix this issue. I have tried with 2 different routers and still persits. Any help pls? Version is 1.2

I have resetted the 4 plugs and setup them again and are woking perfectly.

Did all 4 plugs have the same issue?
--if yes, could you please send me a private message about the MAC address on all of them?
And are you able to see the remote control switch on the device settings?
--if yes, would there be any error message when trying to enable the remote control?
Would resetting one of the plugs and setting it up again fix this issue?
Please also try to turn off the firewall and change the DNS server to be 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 on the router to have a look?
