What is 192.168.251.225
When I trace an ip address I have a hop 192.168.251.225 which has very bad response time (the local network is 192.168.0.1). The problem (slow internet) occured about 2 weeks before and i just checked traceroute now. Do you know what can be that 192.168.251.225? There is no any network with this IP in my home.
