My kasa spot camrea keeps freezing when it is recording does anyone now wats wrong because the help line is awful

May I know the model number of your Kasa Cam?
Did it only freeze during manual recording? How about live-view?
How long have you had the camera and did it start after the first installation?
Have you tried to reset it once to see if the issue would stop?
