We recently bought 2 CCTV Cameras and was really happy with all its function.

Few things we are not satisfied with...

1. Access/Permission/Control for shared devices (Its somewhat similar to funeral online viewing, where you can only view but nor control all or some of the cameras functionality)

2. Slow playback

3. Stored power/charge if electricity suddenly got cutoff

We are planning to buy some more to fully cover our house but we might try other brands that has atleast permission to give shared devices more control options.

Thank you very much for your kind feedback.

About the device share permission, we have received several feedbacks before and they all have been reported to the senior engineers for further evaluation;

As for the rest of them, they are also very useful and would be noted down for further consideration.
