Good morning: I have had my Kasa C200 for 2 weeks and from the initial installation, the audio quality has been poor...lots of distortion and muffled sound.
Is the camera defective?

Did it happen to both live-view and motion detected video clip?
If you out somewhere quiet, would it still the same?
Have you tried to reset it and set up again?

@Brook The audio problem occurs both in live view and with the clips in a quiet location. I have reinstalled and the problem persists....appears to be a hardware problem.
