Not working TAPO c200 after updating

I wanted to put new software on the camera, but it was not updated, and the camera froze. The red indicator and night light are on. Reset does not help. Off-on too. I was using the camera for literally 30 minutes. The program itself does not see it either. What to do in this case?

Did the system LED still lit up?
When you reset the camera, would the system LED start blinking?
And may I know where are you located?
Was there any abnormal behavior during the firmware update?

camera not responding after firmware update, camera only showing 4 Red LEDs, powered on,
and nothing else
i have tried reset methods but unsuccessful
please advise how to reset without mobile app, because i cannot find my camera in mobile app now

today iv just got new one was workin and after I made update to firmware it’s not responding no more , ps nothing up normal happened or any wrong with connections while the update. . I did reset more than 5 times with all ways , plz help

@Solla-topee i had the same issue with tapo c310. Whats wrong with tp link. Issues always arise with firmware updates
