Model: Tapo C200  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.14

When I'm inserting the sd card, the device keep on prompting "There is a problem with the sd card" and I am unable to format since its always failing.

I have also tried reformating the sd card in windows using the instructions here: https://www.tapo.com/uk/faq/69/#:~:text=Turn%20off%20the%20camera%2C%20remove,SD%20cards%20in%20the%20camera.

 

Please advise.

Good day.

Sorry for the delay.

Did you format the 128G SD card to FAT32 successfully on the Windows PC, or after formatting on the computer, once put back to the camera, the error message showed up again?

At the same time, could you please help me check the following information：

  1. What is the brand & model of the SD card, as well as its storage capacity and format type? A picture of the card would be highly appreciated;
