Not usb settings

Hi, my modem is tp-w9970 v4 I connect the flash drive and hard drive to the usb port, but I can not use usb sharing, on page 192.168.1.1 there are no usb settings !!! What should I do to use usb sharing?

The USB sharing feature has been cancelled on the V4, and the USB port is used for 3/4G modem connection back up.
But for the V3, it is still supported USB sharing.

Hello,
I have the same problem the usb sharing option is missing in the panel. I have purchased the TD-W9970 v3 but came the v4. Can I flash the v3 and activate the sharing feature over USB?

is it possible to manually change the firmware to V3?

I am afraid that the hardware version V4 could not be flashed back to V3 since it might break the router.

@Sunshine removing features in updates :) what a great product management! at least name it as an upper version or add some driver to support both features. I just bouth this to share storage and we even did not checked version.
