Model: TL-PA4010 KIT  
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.3.0.2134-00401003_171219_901

since ive gotten these i didnt really know at the beginning but i noticed i get very low speeds like my internet is 100 mbps and on wireless speed tests i get like 70 mbps download and 10-15 upload but on powerline adapters i get about 15-20 someone please help im not the smartest when it comes to these but ive tried many things that didnt work my ethernet cables are cat 6 and they are both plugged into the wall

Good day!

For your case, could you please help us check the following information:

  1. Could you please try to download the power-line utility on the computer to check the power-line rate：

https://static.tp-link.com/2018/201809/20180904/PowerLineUtility_Win_180816.zip

 

  1. Please also check the wired link speed on the computer, such as https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2899/

 If possible, please try to reset the power-line adapter by holding the pair button for 15s, then pair it again to check the speed;
