Hi,

 

My Archer T6E is not working suddenly after the new windows update. Everytime i tried to connect to a Wifi, its say 'can't connect to this network'. Im suspecting its because the T6E didn't support the new windows 10 update. How can this to be fix?

Hi, for the issue, have you tried to uninstall the driver and reinstall it again to check if it can work well?

Please follow the instruction to install it again manually on your PC to check if it can work well. https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/920/

If it still doesn't work, please check if other wireless devices can connect this network without issue.

Please change the router's 2.4GHz channel to be 1 or 6 or 11; 5GHz channel to be 36 or 40 or 44 and save it to check if it works.

@Kathy_Z  i still can't access the internet. I've tried the method you mention. This taking too long. I've check most of my equipment and it running fine except the T6E. Hardware wise everything is fine but i think windows still didn't fix this issue. Have you issue this matter toward microsoft?
