I'm not able to connect the range extender to the wi-fi even after resetting the device

Hi, for your issue, please confirm the below information and try the suggestions.
May I know the lights' status on the extender?
How about the model number of the main router? Can I get it?
After you reset the extender, please bring the extender and the main router into one room and follow the instruction to configure it again.

If it still doesn't work, please tell me the lights' status on the extender and the whole screenshot of settings-status to check.

The router is not the same brand with extender, can that be the reason for failing to connect?
The signal light isn't on, only power on LED is on.

Hi, please try my previous suggestion. Since there is only blue power light on the extender, please configure it first.
After you reset the extender, please bring the extender and the main router into one room and follow the instruction to configure it again.
