I got 1GB internet installed in my house.  But when  I run the deco speed app   I get 560 mb/s download and 730 upload....

 

Why am  I not getting faster download?

 

What is the fastest I should see with deco m9's

Hello,

 

May I know who is your ISP?

 

1. With a computer connected to the ISP modem directly, please run the speed test for 3 times and show us the results.

 

2. With the main Deco connected to the modem only, connect the computer to the main Deco directly and run the speed test also. Then we can compare the actual speed you get from these 2 devices. 

 

BTW, is the main Deco working as a router or access point? What is the current network topology/diagram.
