tapo c200 notifications not working

Hi,
I've just bought a c200 and it worked fine for a couple of hours. Last Sunday tough it suddently stopped sending notification when motion is detected.
I can tell the motion is correctly detected because I've enabled both the alarm and the micro SD recording, and the alarm goes off and recording starts everytime someting walks in front of the camera. Yet, no notification seems to be send. Also, sometimes I might recive a couple of notification right after I reset the camera, but nothing else after that.
Please note that:
- Firmware and app are both up to date
- The SD has free space, and has been formatted using the app
- Notifications are enabled
- Activity zone is set up correctly
- WIFI signal is high
- Privacy mode is off
- Sensitivity is set to HIGH
- Problem occours on both phones I tried the app: my iPhone SE and my wife's Xiaomi
Thank you!

I accessed the App Store to find data you requested but I actually found the solution posted there. It is in Portuguese but it worked for me. I do not believe that the Local TP-link Customer Support wanted me to send the cameras back when the fix was an odd configuration setting!!!

Attached also the report from the App Store review where they actually replaced the camera and do not solve the problem!

The only solution that works! Tested on Android, and now push notifications are working fine!
Steps (Translated):
1. Make sure the 'date & time' settings are set to automatic on your phone.
2.In the app, go the 'camera settings' and change the 'time zone' (for us in Brazil is UTC -3:00), the steps recommends '(UTC-3:00) América/Godthab'.
I didn't tested with other time zones, but I think it will work with any other time zone, just change the default one for another. Confirm and hit save.
3.Deactivate all 'Detection & Alerts' settings.
4.Go to 'Auto Reboot' and schedule a reboot for the closest time being.
5.Wait for the automatic reboot, after that disable the auto reboot.
6. Make sure the 'Detection & Alerts' are back on and done! Push notifications should be working now!
Thanks to @MarioM for finding this solution! and @Iossif for posting!

I having the same problem, did try below with no luck and please help?
1. You could enable the alarm in the motion detection settings of the camera, or check the corresponding recording to verify that.
2. Please go to the Activity/Message center on the APP and check if there is a corresponding event as well.
At the same time,
Also, please make sure you have turn on the two notification on-off switches:
1. In the Camera settings-> Detection & Alerts -> Notifications -> turn on the notification and make sure it is always sending.
2. On the APP, please go to ->Me -> Notifications -> Camera Detection Messages ->turn on the switch
Regards
Jimmy

Update on 21/6/7, add troubleshooting of collecting log on camera
For customers who met similar problem, please try troubleshooting suggestions here:
Problem1: Description/ Phenomenon : Can not receive notification at all
Movement detected ----Camera Alarms (local network)--- detection message shows up in Message center (on cloud) ---push notification to your phone
1. Reboot your Tapo Camera first ( this helps to reconnect to cloud service )
2. Turn on Alarm for camera and see if camera will report an Alarm ( this means motion is detected in local network )
3. Double check Activity Zone and make sure it's not too small
4. Check if the motion detection message shows up in Message Center on app ( envelope icon)
5. Check some Camera settings that may affect the notification (photo below)
- Alarm : ON & All Day
- Motion Detection : ON (app>Camera Settings>Detection & Alert)
- Activity Notification : Always
- Camera Detection Messages : ON ( app>Me>Camera Detection Messages )
6. Allow Notification permission for tapo app on your phone : How do I turn on or off activity notifications on my mobile device?
7. Turn off Power save Mode on the phone
IOS: Settings--> Battery--> Low power mode OFF
Android Settings--> Device care/ Battery--> Low power mode OFF
Honor 10 running Android 10 EMUI 10 ( shared by @TapoUserNum448 ) go to Settings>Apps>Apps> then Options click for ''Special Access'' where you'll find the battery optimisation. Find Tapo and click to change to Not Allowed. You'll get a ''this app will drain your battery..'' OK to that.
8. Update Camera Firmware & Tapo APP to the latest version
If the problem is still not resolved, please help collect the Log of your camera & let us know the Model number of phone & its Android /IOS version:
How to get the logs on Tapo camera
1) Insert an SD card into the camera.
2) On the APP, please go to Camera Settings -> Advanced Settings -> enable Diagnose. The log file will be stored on the SD card.
3) Reboot the camera.
4) Let the camera run for some time, wait for the recurrence of the problem.
5) Please plug the SD card into the computer's SD card slot or an SD card adapter. Please send the log on the SD card to us.(The name of the file is diagnose_log)
If possible, please help to confirm information which would be very helpful, thank you ~~
