Model: Archer T2UHP
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

I've been using this adapter with no issues for over a year. Yesterday I had to reinstal windows, and since then couldn't use it anymore.

Now windows won't recognize it, and when I run the installation programa, it won't detect it, says the card isn't installed.

Will appreciate some advice on how to proceed.

Kind regards,

Rodrigo

@Rodrigo_Villar

Hi, for your issue, if your PC can't detect the driver, please check Case 1 in the following FAQ to do some troubleshooting at first: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2240/
1. check if the adapter shows up under the Device manager-> Network adapter/Other device. It could be shown  as " TPLINK USB XX "  or " 802.11n/ac" or its chipset like " RTLXX/Atheros XX" etc.
2. plug the adapter to another USB port/PCI slot.
3. try the adapter on another computer to see if it can be detected
If the problem still exists, please help us get the following information:
1. Please let us know the troubleshooting steps you have tried.

2. Did you find any tp-link device under Network adapter/Other device?
3. When did you purchase this adapter?
Look forward to your reply.
