- Is it possible that my HS100, if disconnected from the network, will automatically shut down if it is on at that time?
- If there was an on/off schedule, would it work without the internet?

If a TP Link device is power cycled and cannot reach the internet to sync with the current time it will refuse to run any scheduled operations including countdown timers.
The schedule configuration is saved on the smart plug itself, so it will still function without the internet.
