I am having frequent problems connecting IPhone on models C5 (W) and C20 (W) when trying to connect to the network 5.8 (incorrect password). In the 2.4 network it works normally. This usually happens with routers that have been connected for several days. Upon restarting the router, the phone automatically reconnects to the 5.8 network.
C5 Firmware Version: v4_3.16.0_0.9.1_up_boot (190404) _2019-04-04_09.56.27
C20 Firmware Version: v4_3.16.0_0.9.1_up_boot (190416) _2019-04-16_14.26.54

@OtavioBadyNet

Hello, do you mean they cannot connect to the 5GHz network with the error message --incorrect password?

Have you ever tried to forget the network on your mobile phone and reconnect to the 5GHz with the password?

What is the current network diagram? How do you connect these devices together?

Besides, you can try to change the wireless password of the 5Ghz to give it a go.

Good day.
