Sometimes the device disconnects for a few seconds and then reconnects. This is done either in wifi mode or via cable.

Can you get internet from the main router at the same time？
Try to change another sockets to plug the powerline adapters and ensure that the firmware is the latest one.

I don't have any other sockets to use. I don't know if the firmware is the last one but I downloaded this package because I couldn't find anything else from the website.
