The access point is unable to successfully boot up as it suppose to. I have been using this access point for like a year already but it just happens a few day ago. There is nothing change in my home network during the time. Please let me know what should i do with it.  Thank you.

Hello, how do you connect the TL-WA801ND to the main router? If it works in access point mode, then it should be plug and play.

 

As for the led indicator, we failed to open the link attached, could you please send us a video as attachment?

 

Besides, you can hard reset the access point by holding the reset button for 10s with it powered on.

Hello, try to hold the reset button for 10s with the TL-WA801ND powered on.

 

Was there any power outage or firmware upgrading before this issue happens?

 

Please use the original power adapter. And may I know when did you buy this access point?

 

If still the same, you can contact the retailer or the local tech support to verify whether it is qualified to get a replacement.
