Hello, the default wifi network should be open, not secured. You can connect to it;

Or you can connect your computer to the access point by wired cable and login to the web UI, then you can verify the current wifi password.

Besides, the TL-WA701ND is plug and play. You need connect it to the main router by wired cable only.
