Hi All,

I'm trying to install this on my computer (windows 10) for my NC450 cameras. I get this error when i try to run the setup file:





Any idea how to resolve this? Thanks in advance for your kind help!

You try to restore to factory settings

The problem is not the camera..the problem is windows..how to fix it?

I reset it many times but sill I have some problem with that.
Is there any solution?
