Are you planning on a wired connection or a wireless connection? Apparently, I haven't heard of a single router that can connect that many device

With a 150Mbps router, a range of about 30 would be a good choice

I think it depends on which model you're looking at.
You might also want to divide your network into sub routing/switches to take the load away from a single router.
There are quite a few details for that kind of setups on the internet, and you can find a decent router of your type from different router comparison websites.
