ISP :

Cannot make my phone to login to tplink cloud on any version of KASA app newer than 1.7.7.638.
Up to the latest 1.9.1.697
Always shows me as "Guest".
Does anyone have the same problem? Any solution?

I has same problem before, but fixed it after I update to KASA 1.8.3 on my Android phone.
Are you sure it is the latest one? If yes, you may send email to support.uk@tp-link.com for help.
