Tapo C200 NVR(ONVIF)/RTSP viewing authentication issue

Has anyone tried to connect Tapo C200 to NVR system? or successfully view the camera through 3rd party software? I've recieved my C200 today, and for some reason the username/password set under Advanc

Tapo stays in red light and offline

I'm having a problem with my tapo c200 camera. It stays in red and seems to be offline. I tried to reset it but it does not work, it stay in red light. Thank you to those who can help me.
