@j4snh - one assumes that they'll all need power? Yes. They'll all have a power supply. - I think you have to set one up near the router (I have a BT smart hub 6)? do I connect with an ethernet cable...

@Anko_Wolf At least it was a simple fix in the grand scheme of things!

If my assumption for the S20 is correct, then both devices are using Android 10. This is likely to be an incompatibility with it in the app.
