@Saintsfanmike Yes. The router should handle lots of different connections. If you really want to be selective, give your 5g a different password too. Very old kit will only see the 2.4 ghz channel.

@Saintsfanmike Give the 5g channel a different name to try if it makes a difference. Just add 5g to the end of the 5g channel name and save it.

@broxtor been doing some reading on these dfs channels. Apparently it is expected for the connection to be dropped when switching between or coming off these frequencies. A previous router of mine...
