@Watektek Connect the power lead to the black screw and connect the load lead to one of the traveler screw. Connect the white wire of the switch to the white(neutral) group of leads.

@TigerShark the other wires have nothing to do with it. Before you get the HS210 make sure you have a neutral in the box. There should be a group of white wires under a wirenut

@TigerShark That is a 3 wire switch that is used in a 3way circuit. There should be another switch that controlls the same light. For that switch you need to use the HS210 switch.
