@merta I'm afraid not, V1.20 and V1.0 are different pieces of hardware, so you will not be allowed to upgrade to the firmware for the v1.20.

@Bagus1308 When they lose the internet access, are they still connected to the network? Is there still an IP address on the devices? Try to ping the gateway of the WR940N when there is a valid IP...
