What's the speed if a PC is connected to one of LAN ports on the router? On the router, try to modify some settings, channel width to 40MHz and secure the network with WPA2-PSK, AES.

RizzA, reset the device to factory defaults and reconfigure it. If the problem continues, go back to your vendor and replace it under warranty.

Is it the powerline utility? If PA451 is disconnected, the problem disappears right away? Tried it on a different computer? Attach a screenshot of the message you mentioned.
