You may reset all of them to factory defaults and reconfigure them since it has been messed up. I cannot think up how does it happen but it is abnormal obviously. Good luck.

How did you login to your ISP to access internet? Via webage? What's the IP address obtained on your wireless client connecting to the AP? Did you try router mode?

Upgrade the latest firmware first. Two 3020s are working at the same time? To remove one 3020 makes any difference? Connecting to 3020 by wire or wirelessly, the speed is just 6?

Try chipmaker's driver here, the Atheros AR9271 one. https://www.atheros.cz/atheros-wireless-drivers.html Other wireless clients work OK connecting to the same Wi-Fi network?

In internal network, can your connect with WAN IP and port since WDR3600 should support nat loopback? Not sure what is going on. What does the WAN IP obtained on router page start with?
