Can you upgrade firmware of the router? If it won't help, try channel width 20MHz. Maybe there is compatibility issue between the router and Sony Xperia Z1.

When roam from AP2 to AP1, does the problem occur as well? You may try to adjust address lease time. Or configure static IP to see if it helps.

Maybe it is a compatiblity issue. Do you know the band supported by your ISP? For MA260, it is noted on TP-LINK website. GSM Band 850/900/1800/1900 MHz HSPA+ Band 2100 MHz
