Did you upgrade the latest firmware? WAN IP is a public one? Which port did you open? Locally, you can still access it with http://LAN IP : port?

Disconnect powerline adapters from your network and test if all work normally as they should be. Powerline adapters are still communicating with each other? How about PLC LEDs on them?

I don't think so. PA101's standard is HomePlug 1.0, while 200 mbps or 500mbps powerline adapters' standard is homeplug AV.
