To restart the device won't help? Did you try to hard reset it? When you reset it, are there any changes of indicators on front panel? If it makes no difference, it should be faulty.

Procella, what have you done to troubleshoot? Try to disable UPNP and change transmit power to 50%. I have another model and solve the similar problem after I disable UPNP.

It seems there is an IP conflict. Did you change default IP address of W8968? Hard reset your W8968, login its web interface, change its IP to 192.168.1.3 and disable DHCP. It should work.
