AP500 cannot handle guest network. it's usually available on wireless routers, not sure about BT hub 5, but tplink C50, C20 and other routers have guest network

TL-WN821N has similar standard. but nowadays you may consider some high level wireless adapters such as Archer T2U, T4U

does your router support 300Mbps? seen from the screenshot, signal is not full, try move computer closer to your router. or change settings like channel on your router if it supports 300mbps
