With parameters everything is OK. I think that is problem with power supply. If you have power supply 12V/1A please replace and try again.

Firstly you have to start some service/server on this port in your computer. Then you will see open port. The service must be listening on that port

Firstly you have better speed in network. N150 is 150Mbps (real speed 70-75Mbps) and N300 is 300Mbps (real speed 120-150Mbps).
