Just to chime in: I had the same issue of inconsistent LAN speeds with my new AX50 - changed the cables to new cat6 and all is fine now.

Ben78 Hmmm, Do you suggest they know this problem since a long time? Thing is no one knows router AV is working at all or it's just a Days update problem hence cosmetic.
